This place just plain sucks. The security lights are burnt out and management will not repair them. No wonder there was a robbery here in April. They do not remove ANY snow nor ice from the sidewalks. When I called their home office in Tennessee they gave some lame excuse that they got sued after someone fell on the ice due to their incomplete snow removal. So their response is not to remove any snow! This is a violation of Ohio state law, leaving a dangerous situation for residents to get hurt. I can't comment about parking because I keep both my vehicles in garages so the gang bangin teens running rampant through here won't break into them. The apartment building is so shoddily built that I have to sleep with earplugs because the upstairs neighbor's floor creaks. I've been here since November 1999 and have gone through at least 9 management companies, each one worse than the prior one. Management here thinks they know everything and have no respect at all for the residents. If you like living in a place where no one cares about your comfort nor safety, Mills Run Apartments are for you!

I agree 100 percent with everything that you have said, and I have been there since 2005 and it has gone downhill with every new management team that has come in there. Safety is obviously not a priority here and the care about overall safety of residence is clearly not anything that they care about. Half of the security doors do not work and the lighting around the complex is awful and the garages are not well maintained. But they still want you rent check but do not deliver on the things that we are suppose to get as tennants.
