When I moved here a year ago, I thought Walnut Creek was pretty nice. I was wrong. The grounds are horribly kept, people let their pets defecate everywhere, the windows are in terrible shape and when maintenance does come in to fix things, they are not fixed right. The pool looks nice but the tennis courts look like it got hit by a nuclear explosion. Management does not care who they rent to; just as long as they get the money. Overall: DONT MOVE HERE!
