I moved in with children into a 3 bedroom unit. We are in transition between houses and living here feels more like a townehome rather than an apartment. The staff is very responsive - but then again, I don't bother them with trivial problems. We do get some bugs - spiders, centipedes, but no roaches (it is in a wooded area). The school district is EXCELLENT and within walking distance. We feel very safe here and the neighbors are usually very considerate about not playing music loudly. You really don't hear street traffic. The complex is nicely nested behind woods, but close to everything - Kroger, Kmart, Ronald Reagan Highway, dozens of restaurants. I usually get a spot in front of my townhome, and there is plenty of parking for my guests. The heat and air conditioning work great, and relatively speaking, not outrageously priced. My unit came with a washer and dryer which is so convenient considering that I have three kids and wash every night. The unit is cable ready and has fast speed internet access. As far as lighting, each unit has an outside light post so I leave mine on when I'm planning to come home late. The trash area could be kept more tidy, but this is a problem caused by residents who feel couches and old bikes should be left by dumpsters. I have noticed that management does make a good-faith effort to try keep the trash area clean. It doesn't detract from the overall appearance of the property. The staff doesn't mind holding packages for you. Overall, a pretty nice complex.
