I would not recommend these townhouses to anyone. They are very old and run down and in constant need of repair. They have a horrible problem with bugs and rodents (and not just a minor problem due to the woods as a previous entry suggested). There's also a problem with vandals in the complex. We had our cars broken into 3 times while living at Walnut Creek (and just last week they were on the news because a townhouse was broken into). The couple previous entries must have been written by staff because every neighbor I ever talked to was equally unhappy with the place. I even knew a few people to break their lease or threaten with lawyers to get out of their lease because of their townhome's condition. Don't sign a lease - you'll regret it!
