We have only been here a few months, but so far it is nice. It is very family friendly. The management are the nicest people ever and if we have a maintenance request...it is done within 5 minutes of placing the call.
It is very quiet and it feels like a little community of its own. There are fun contest and monthly newsletters. All my neighbors are super nice and it feels like i live in an actual home as opposed to a crappy apartment ran by a corporation that doesn't care about you as a person.
The only thing I can actually say I dislike, is the parking. They should have assigned parking spaces. Hopefully we can push for that to happen soon. But that is me just being lazy and not wanting to walk to my car! :P... But besides that...there isn't anything I can say that I hate about my place.
