We have lived here for about 3 months and have nothing but issues.

Their staff is never in the office, to move in I even had to call their "emergency only" pager to find out what time to pick the keys up.

Double insulated walls, yeah right, our first night here we slept on the floor and stayed up all night because our neighbors were walking around and our entire floor was shaking.

After the big storms we had a branch hanging down in front of our door for about a month before they took care if it.

I don't believe they have ever cleaned the gutters out and the windows have never been replaced so if it's raining, its like a monsoon.

Even when we moved in the office staff told us that the reason we had mirrors on all the doors is because someone punched holes in them and they are too cheap to replace them.

They say there's no solicitors but we get them all the time, even kids coming around (boys) saying they're collecting for girl scouts.

Oh and we got a dumpster digger here, so don't throw out any important papers.
