When I first moved in these apartments were quiet and well maintained. Since changing management in the office, the complex has changed quite tremendously. There are lots of people who look questionable. I smell cough syrup in the halls and marijauna. There are people that just seem to be hanging out in the halls.
A neighbor had her groceries stolen out of her car while she was bringing the first load up to her apartment. When she returned for more the kids were running across a grassy area toward another building with a 24 pack of pop and a bag! Once when some guests and another neighbor were in the pool, a man bloodied and beaten came to the pool area and asked to use their cell phone. After this incident the children will not go to the pool.
The buildings used to be very clean now they is trash and beer bottles in the hallways. The laundry rooms are filthy. Sewers back up and the machines on the inside and out are dirty. The floor is littered with dead brown bugs. Residents put the daily trash in the garbage bins in the laudry room, once I saw maggets in the garbage can. It is disgusting to wash clothes down there so I have to go to a laundrymat.
The exit doors, windows and walls of the complex are so dirty I do not even want to touch them.
I thought there was a limit to what size dog you could have but apparently not. There are dogs that are gigantic being walked on the grounds and people DO NOT pick up the dog waste.
I think management is renting to the wrong people. If something is not done soon the "good" people are going to leave and these apartments are going to be like the ones across the street!

I feel that these apartments are the worst.I pay for security doors and the laundryroom windows are used as entrances to the buildings.The hallways are always dirty and the laundry facilities are dirty as well.These could be great apartments if the staff would be more agressive in keeping things in order but they dont care.These apartments are overpriced and not nearly worth the money...thank GOD I moved out.I have reported things to the leasing agents and the do NOTHING!They dont have to live in Waterstone so they basically dont care how it's kept up.I'm glad that me and my family moved into a house, because when this new management team took over....things got worse.
