TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I am a current resident at Waterstone and I agree with the last writer the apartments have gone downhill they have bed bugs and roaches. I have lived here going on 4 years and I am very unhappy. The hallways smell terrible and some of the residents here are not very clean. If you are looking for a place to live don't even think about living here unless you want your belongings to become infested with bugs! The vice president of the real estate company that owns this property refuses to return calls because she knows that there is a huge bed bug problem and they want to avoid the residents and our concerns. Check with the board of health before renting any property to see what kind of reports they have received or investigated. I wish I had done that.
