Wellington Place Townhomes

I do not recommend this place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I spent almost three years in Wellington place town homes. For a major reason I had to leave before the end of my contract. I gave a 2 months notice and even found a person to take over the lease. Even though the property didn't loose any money and gained a new tenant that I introduced, the manager made me still pay the penalty for breaking the lease. I found that to be very rude since she knew the main reason why I had to leave. In most places, after the first year, the lease becomes month to month. This place doesn't have that option and they donāt tell you about it when you sign your first lease. I liked the place but I disliked the manager for being a heartless shark. One last thing: my last electricity bill was $195.00 because none of the ancient windows or doors is tight enough to keep the place warm. Good luck.
