Do NOT move here... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Hi We are a family who has only lived here for a few months. This place is TERRIBLE! Lets see where to begin... 1) In our bathrooms the side walls are leaking and the wall is caving in BOTH bathrooms! 2) The string in my daughter's walk in closet was missing. 3) There is a huge hole in the inside wall of the closet which they say is for the cable, but the hole is extreme. 4) Our garbage disposal has stopped working once already. 5) Get this...the door handles are broke and we have even gotten locked in the rooms trying to unlock the door and found out most of the locks are broken! 6) The handles on the sliding mirrors in our master bathroom broke off. 7) We had a problem with our bank account and our rent check was sent back and they charged us $945.00 and gave us a notice the day they informed us it got returned! Then they ordered we pay the rent over the internet, (or get lout), which turns out costs $24.00 just to do so! The place is just awful! They say their mantinence men are so good, but I found them to be rude. They knew we had a boxer who weighs 65 lbs, but yet still walked in with a key and then got mad because the dog scared the crap out of them. You mena the office didnt inform them of the dog'''' He doesnt stay in a cage all the time for goodness sake. This place has a nice Model home, I will give them that, but thats it. Looks are deceiveing! Definetly not worth the price they make us pay thats for sure. Beware and think carefully before renting from these people. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
