Wellington Place Townhomes

The Truth From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   My husband and I have lived at Wellington for three years and just renewed our lease for a fourth. I am shocked by the person who doesn't even live here writing for her friend. I would never keep a "friend" who was so disrespectful to treat me like I am less than an adult. Also, you should be happy they treated for termites and gave your friend a place to live even with bad credit. I have found that my neighbors who say they have all of these maintenance problems don't want to call them in because they don't want the maintenance guys to see what they have done to what was new carpet.
