Wellington Place Townhomes

A pretty good experience From: batsai Date posted: 7/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006   I have lived in Wellington Place for 6 years. I have to move (because of my job), but have definitely enjoyed my stay. I have had NO problems with management (which changes frequently, unfortunately), and my maintenance requests have always been dealt with promptly. The only noise I've ever heard is the occasional person running up their stairs in the townhouse next door; other than that, it is VERY quiet, even though you're close to the freeway. My only complaints are about the kitchen cabinets and appliances; they are woefully outdated. The bathtubs are pretty flimsy too. The townhouses have a lot of space in them, and I've never had a problem with my neighbors. The maintenance staff has been great. One time my water heater busted and I had water all over the floor at 3 AM! There was a maintenance man at my townhouse at 3:45 to start cleaning everything up and I had a new heater the next day. I'd have rather not had my water heater break, but the way they handled it was much better than I expected. No place is perfect, but I'd recommend Wellington Place to anyone.
