We have lived here since jan 09. i enjoy this place very much. the living room is a little small, but it is made up with the enormous kitchen and laundry room. sometimes neighbor noise can be a pain, but that comes with apartment living. only complaint is maintainence. whenever i call about a problem, it never gets fixed. luckily i've never had a big problem to fix. the grounds are pretty well kept, the pool is beautiful, and the playground is nice for smaller children. Parking can be a pain, but it's not every night, usually just some weekends. Overall i'd recommend it, definately a good place to live.

The maintenance NEVER fixes anything. You have to do it yourself. Trust me I have lived here for 2 years and can't wait until my lease is up.
