like before same old crap. hey BONERNITA those leases go both ways. you sit there all smug with your 8th or 9th grade education,and laugh at the paying people.those leases go both ways. so anyone reading this that has any questions here it goes. if you sign a lease and in your lease it says, oh let's say security and w-b doesn't provide it, it is a legal breach of the tennants lease. just as if a tennant does something to break there lease. so BONERNITA get ready to start paying back all the down payments, if you can count that high. w-b sucks i have been here since 2008 3 shootings 1 murder to many breakins to count. so if you live there lock your doors, carry maze. guns aren't allowed, it's in your lease, and we all know how w-b is about being up front with everyone. good luck and i'm outta here!!!!!

I was looking over my lease to see what the regulation or 'duty' of the management was in regards to security. Sadly there was a form that stated that they are NOT responsible for our safety. It would be insane to expect anyone to promise 100% that this place would be crime free, and they made sure of that by making us sign that piece of paper. However, they still advertise this place as a 'Gated Community.' Isn't that called FALSE ADVERTISEMENT? The rumor is they've laid off their night security so neither of the gates are locked at night.

It is pretty sad that you have to put your own made up comments on here so there are ANY good comments on here at all. You know as well as we all know that this is a ---- hole! How do you sleep at night, knowing you work for the worst company. JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS IF YOU ARE READING THIS THE REGIONAL MANAGER IS THE ONE WHO WROTE "i am laughing at you". Pretty darn sad!!!!

that bonernita lady, is that really how you pronounce her name? no wonder she has an attitude! anyway i was walking my dog, on a leash, and she tried to hit mr. whiskers with one of the golf carts. i yelled watch it and she just laughed. i was so mad. i called the office to get corperates phone # and they said no way. i do not walk my little mr. whiskers on the sidewalks anymore. that lady is EVIL. i am 78 years old i have never seen an adult act like that.i hope she doesn't talk or act like that to anyone else, but she probably does!

Look at their new advertisement. Out of the 30 or so statements, only about three of them are true. When is the last time we had tennis courts? (Oh thats right thats where Karam parks his helicoptor once a year), how about three working swimming pools? (Not once in two and a half years), this could be such a nice place but Karam just won't stand for it. They're not going to be happy until we're all shot in the back by some thug they let in for 300 dollars a month.
