Read this before you choose this one! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/31/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   I sincerely ask that you stay away from the townhomes with basements because: a) We lived there for 2 years and the basement flooded frequently. b) Maintenance is the worst. I've lived in apartments for about 6-7 years in the Cincinnati area and this is the worst c) Expensive for all teh trouble you have to go through d) If you live in dual storied aprtments , count on close to zero sound proofing. I'd consider others first
