This was the most horrible renting experience I've ever had. I'm not sure if it was the doors that wouldn't lock, the carpet that would cave in because the floor comprised of a cardboard piece to make it look nice when installed (honestly, not kidding), the rodents in the cooler months, the maintenance staff that would come in your house smelling like drugs, the stray cats, the police knocking on my door (twice for two different people) looking for my neighbors, the fires, Martha King the manager(someone tell this woman to quit smoking), the workers hired to put gutters on the roof that threw completely assembled gutters into my back patio while my dog and neighbor were sitting out there to be covered in dirt (luckily not hurt by the 60' long gutter flying through the air), the unorganized office staff, the thin walls (hey, my alarm clock would actually wake my neighbors), the thermostat that would never be fixed, the leak "in the wall" that was just too expensive to fix, the cable, the maintenance staff getting concrete on my car while "working", the forever late maintenance jobs, the fact that I was charged to replace carpet half the amount that my neighbor was charged to COMPLETELY replace her whole kitchen because she caught it on fire while she was high in the living room (oh yeah, this was the neighbor who the cops visited regularly, but don't confuse her with the neighbor who was hiding from the cops and requested us not say anything when they stop by our house looking for him), the smells, the landscaping that is nice up front but once you drive around keep your eyes peeled for dead trees, must I go on' Seriously people, this is a really rotten place to live. I read these other reviews and almost laugh, because they're all so true. It makes me sick. The sign says "luxery apartments", this is the biggest farse I have ever seen.
