I do not consider my self a negative person nor do I like to complain, but I feel compelled to share my thoughts of the Williamsbug.
This place is terrible in fact I have never had such a negative apartment experience (that says a lot, I once lived in Clifton). The service at this place is the worst! The maintenance staff may as well be non existant and the office staff is just plain rude. Martha, the property manager is the worst slum lord of them all.
Some of my lowlights...
1. Rodents and bugs. They will infest your apartment all spring, summer and fall. Do not bother to tell anyone, your call will go unanswered.
2. Maintenance. When and I stress when they come, remember to hide your valuables. These people are horrible. They have no clue what they are doing and make every excuse to tell you they cannot fix your problems (floor, leaky faucets, broken appliances).
3. The front office. They will completely sell you on all the ammenities they have. Do not believe them. There is no security, there is no 24 hour maintenance, the pools are rarely open, the lighting around the complex could not illuminate my closet, the "pub" is more like a basement bar... need I go on'
4. Move out procedure. This place will nickel and dime you. Make sure you see the move out sheet when you move in. The carpet is the cheapest brand and they will try charge you to replace the whole apt.
5. Neighbors. I am certain they take section 8 people. The majority of the neighbors are complete trash... thumping radio's, cops, loud cars, anything you can imagine... you will encounter.

That's enough, I am making myself sick just thinking I lived there. Do not make the mistake of going there. This is not a luxary apartment complex, it is more like Over the Rhine, with a luxary price!

One more thing... there newly remodeled apartments are no better!!! My friends moved into one seven months ago and are still waiting for it to be completed.
