Poor Maintenance. Good ambience. From: HotCurry2003 Date posted: 7/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003   Let me begin with commenting on one of the previous reviewers ; gmoney1969 seems to be extremely biased and racist in his attitude(despite his New York upbringing)can't stand rap music and Indian food ''' Take your sorry as** elsewhere.Plenty of KKK buddies of yours will happily have you on a redneck farm closeby. I moved here about 4 years ago.Then,the maintenance was pretty good.However,probably because of cost cutting,maintenance is really short on labor. I like the overall ambience of the complex.If you want to live in calm and relaxed surroundings,this is a nice place.It's neatly maintained and even has a small park for children. The only problem I have with this apt.complex is with maintenance.They are very slow to respond. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
