Also Still waiting on deposit to be refunded. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   We moved out end of October, left the place nicer than it was when we moved in. We received a letter in the mail from Williamsburg stating our deposit would be refunded in full, and would be mailed to us. I was told by the office it would be around 30 days. Well it is now over 60 days and we are still waiting for our money! Call Janice in the office and get no where. I'm still waiting a call back, and I'm not holding my breath! Thanks to anonymous 11/24 for the number and contact at corporate. Wasn't able to get that out of Williamsburg either. Where did you hear about the deposit doubling if not returned in 30 days' I'll love a contact for that! People, Wyoming has so many other nice places to rent. Although our unit was in a nice quiet area, very private &we had nice quiet neighbors. We never received good maintenance, took forever to get anything done...if it was ever done. The office crew, forget about getting anywhere with them. Janice and Martha are not very customer friendly once you've moved in. Amazing how quick their personalities change after you sign that lease. The grounds are not kept up. Grass would get so high before they'd mow it. We ended up shoveling snow ourselves since they weren't doing it. Our neighbors would do the same. They cut shrubs in spring and fall, and don't do anything else to the areas off the main path in terms of flowers or weeding. I'll make sure to come back and tell you how long the deposit takes to get back to me. My suggestion...FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
