How stupid is this mysterious corporate office''''''' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I just found out that the hatchet man (or woman''') has been in town once again. I can't believe they got rid of another manager. Since this new management company has taken over, they are going thru managers once a year. First Bill, then Julie and now Janice. And who is this Rob guy''' Its all I can do to stay away from the smell of his bad breath when I've talked to him. Okay, Bill wasn't there long and I understand that, Julie was an extremely nice person who generally cared about us tenants but didn't have any resources or back up from the "mysterious corporate office", and Janice, she was very congenial, responsive and I have seen alot happening on this property since she was in the drivers seat. Okay, okay, there was a major problem with maintenance, but I saw it improved immensely and getting better all the time. The office staff however, seem to not have their heads on their shoulders, but up their ....well, let's just say that they have their faults. Whoever this management company is, I wouldn't want them managing my property. All the office staff can do is rent to riff-raff. Ever since they took over, this property has gone downhill and is continuing to go downhill. I don't believe they know what they are doing. Does anyone out there think so''' Do they honestly think that this person who is never in the office, Connie Allan, is going to do any better. What is wrong with them'''' They just need to sell the property to someone who will take care of it and its tenants. I understand that all this management company cares about is renting to anyone, and I mean anyone, and once they are rented, they won't do anything to take care of the tenants that are already here. They need to sell and leave this place alone. What once was a beautiful place to live is now a dump. Don't believe any of that bull that is handed to you when you go on their so called "tour". Its all rubbish. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can get the hell out of Dodge.......
