Was great but the young idiot from Chicago; Fire him From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I was a resident from Jan 2001 until December 2002. At first it was kinda nice. Then the bathroom flooded, big time. The excuse was that the people upstairs, a buch of India people, put paper towels in the toilet. The the hot water heater flooded the place. Can't blame this on anyone. The patio flooded at every rainstorm to the point that I finally called the office (for the 40 someting time) and told them another 1/8 of an inch and the apartment would be flooded. Then there was the cable, the worst I have ever seen. Then they brought in Time Warner. A good move, but Time Warner had no idea what they were getting into, took them weeks to get everything re-wired, but the bills never stopped. My recommendation would be to stay away. The idiot fom Chicago has all of the personality of a rancid fish. He has no human empathy. The first thing the new management should do is fire this jerk.
