Another person who goes off of assumption of Stereo Type- IGNORANT From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   This is for the previous KINGSWAY RESIDENT who left his assumptions. OKAY..... for you to say that this property is SECT 8. Well call 513-421-8190 or the office of williamsburg and ask for the criteria first before just assumping that Williamsburg accepts sect 8. THIS IS NOT SECTION 8 Housing. GRANTED maybe people should be a little stricter when it comes to their children around here. But all people who have issues and that dont care, do not last anywhere. These comments about sect 8 and so forth that you make on Apartment ratings will only scare away good future residents who could replace the ones that need to be replaced. It is so stupid to keep making up things about Williamsburg. The point is there is CRITERIA that is followed at Williamsburg. Maybe a couple of people came in that dont fit in here- But it wont last for them. Also Towne Properties took over Williamsburg 2 weeks ago and the criteria for them is even stricter along with rules and regulations. Before long this place will be even better then it is. I love living here. I have never once had any problems since the day I moved in here in '99 I can tell that the grounds are looking better as well. I have no complaints.
