I'm finally moving out!!!

When I moved in 4 years ago my building needed to be painted. I'm moving out in a month and it still needs to be painted DESPERATLY!!! There is a tree whose limbs have been scraping against the roof for 4 yrs and many of them are dead. I'll bet the insurance company would have something to say about that. My car was broken into over the summer I called the office to alert them and they never returned my call. I spoke with my neighbors to alert them myself and found out that they had actually been having a problem with homeless people breaking into cars and either taking the clothing or sleeping in them. Were we EVER notified'' NO!! The parking lot by my building is very poorly lit and scary at night. The quality of the new tenants is not what it was 4 years ago. People took pride in their patio areas and flowers were everywhere this summer flowers were the exception. The apartment next to mine had trash and dirty laundry in it from the apartment above it. I've heard loud arguments that have had me frightened enough to the point that I moved my child from her room into mine because I was afraid if people started shooting there might be a stray bullet come in her bedroom window. One argument recently was in the middle of the morning 2 buildings away but I could hear every word and every slam of the doors. Then there is the laundry room!!! originally 2 washers and 2 dryers in 2 rooms well the washers leaked for a very long time water EVERYWHERE especially on the weekends. Eventually it was "fixed" by redoing the space. The solution was to put 3 washers and 4 dryers into the space that was not water damaged wall off the space that was and put a door to that space and lock the door leaving all of the water damaged space which I'm sure is infested with mold along with the apartment next to it which oddly enough they can't seem to keep rented. Also there is NO hot water to do laundry all cold no matter how many times we complained. There's also the non existant snow removal the only time our building was shovelled at all was when another tenant in my building that works for a landscaping co did it himself and then call the office to tell them he'd done it this time but the next time he'd have his company send them a bill. There was no lie at least 2 inches of ice built up making it difficult if not impossible to get to the laundry room for about 2 weeks this winter unless you wanted to try the several ice covered steps with a laundry basket in hand. Children are unruly and playing in the street totally not supervised. We did not even visit the pool this summer because of the rowdy kids that had torn up my child's toys the previous summer at the pool. This summer there were kids outside my bedroom window 11pm and later yelling without regard for anyone else that may have a job but no adults in sight. Yes they did mow the grass once a week this year but I don't think they had a weed whacker as there were and still are weeds taller than my head. The buildings in the front of the complex look better than those away from the office they are better maintained on the outside and bushes are trimmed, flowers planted etc. this is not the case throughout. Lastly there is the workout room. I have a friend that visits every year from out of the country she liked to stay with me because we would use the workout room in July when she visited she walked in and asked what had happened to the new equipment that had been in place on her previous trip because all of the equipment was trashed now and the only thing that work was 1 treadmill. When I moved in I was thrilled it was a nice place the office staff seemed to care about things the neighbors were all very nice quiet professional or retired people I felt safe here and felt my child was safe here but over the last year or so that is not the case so we're getting out
