Horrible Experience From: TheYetiMontana Date posted: 8/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   We moved out after two horrible years of living at WOC. Poor, poor mantience. Very inconsiderate staff, and mold problems that made and entire family sick. But the worst is it took nearly 6 months and 20 or more phone calls before our deposit was returned. This seems to be something that regurlarly happens at WOC. I wouldn't reccomend WOC to my worst enemy. The only positive i could give in their favour is the grounds...very relaxing; lot's of grassy area.
