REALLY BAD Mold Problems

We moved in and in 4 months I started to get really sick. We found our whole closet floor and back of the was was really wet! The mold was so bad they torn out the closet wall and both bathroom walls. It took them 8 weeks to finish the job and 6 months later and we still do not have any carpet in the floor of our closet.
The maint. is TERRIBLE. The landscaping is TERRIBLE and UNKEPT. Our polite light went out in December and we had no heat for 6 hours because maint. didn't show up.

There are more 80% more black than white and the complex is falling apart. Once our lease is up we are moving no doubts!
