This place SUCKS

Moving here was an absolute MISTAKE. I lived here for about a year and I was more than happy to finally move out. The complex looks pretty decent from the outside, but that's just looks. To start off, bugs were an issue I had to deal with almost everyday. Lesson learned: Never live on the ground floor. Secondly, my AC didn't work half the time, and to make matters worse, the maintenance staff was NOT responsive whatsoever. My AC stopped working once for the 5th time and I was told to wait 4 days before they could get to it (this was in July with 90 temperatures outside, mind you). Dealing with the office staff was also a pain as they were rude and unknowledgeable. There are a LOT of things that Towne Properties management needs to work on to make this place somewhat decent.
In short, if you have any chance of NOT moving here, take it!
