What a shame! All the negative reviews. I lived at WOC long ago - early 90"s. It was a wonderful place with responsive maintenance and certainly no bug or mice problems. Have recently driven back through - buildings and even the grounds don't look as well cared for. What happened' Must have been sold!

You're absolutely right! I've been here since the late 90's! It used to be one of "the" most wonderful places to live, but with new ownership, it is becoming just like any other low-class apartment complex, where they just collect your rent, and then you're "on your own!" Sad, sad, sad!! Capatilism has finally reached the Williamsburg!
