Moved in from Philly. 6 month lease, then an easy month-to-month for 2 more. Right next to the pool: awesome. Walkout patio to the woods: also awesome. Staff: very awesome--that made it for me. The apt. itself was, eh, plain, adequate, and did the job. They have a hotel for your guests--inexpensive and nice! Great paths and roads for hiking. If I were to reside there long-term, I would go with townhouse or larger apt. I liked it, overall, and would recommed it.

Party Room no longer available to tenants! Tennis Courts in poor condition!
I predict, in the next 10 years, the Williamsburg will be a low-class facility, "because" of the lack of personal care given to tenants and grounds and amenities!
