We are renting one of their all-inclusive apartments. Everyting is included down to the linens and the dishes. All utilities including phone and basic cable are included. Its perfect for people like us who have just moved to the area and are looking for jobs and a house to purchase. The apartments are older but in decent condition. The gounds are nice with mature trees, etc. Niki in the office is awesome. She has taken care of our every request without hesitation. We definately recomment Williamsburg for others in similar situations.

maybe she trying to "lure" a temp resident into a perm...they would be fools to treat you as they treat their current tenants in a leased apt/th....also this could be someone from the staff trying to advertise the str's i am not a current or potential tenant...just happened upon this forum when looking for apts in cincinnati

Just wait till you move in! It will change drastically. The niceness will soon wear off! Customer services and amenities, are abismal! The previous owners were "great", the present ones are strictly capitalists!
