Williamsburg of Cincinnati
< | >
I have been living at Williamsburg for three years now. Although it isn't the best, they do offer great sized apartments. But, since they have been bought out by Karam Managed Properties, they have made some unfair changes. They decided to charge everyone here, for water. That would be okay if they didn't decide to do one flat rate for everyone. Now, instead of people paying their water bill to a water company, Williamsburg decided to charge a one bed 20.00, a two bed 35.00, a three bed 45.00, and a four bed 55.00 a month. How is that fair. We would be paying more than a home. On top of that, you have to attach the payment to your rent, so your rent goes up. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

You only have to start paying the water surcharge if you are renewing your lease. If you are in a current lease, those charges do not apply.
