I wrote the review last month about the mice problem, and I must agree with Klee191 and Cabrillo, the responses to mine and other reviews were done by management. When I went back to the office for the let's say 3rd time or more about the problem the most rude of the ladies that works at the front desk said "well you all (talking to my rommate and I) wrote that comment on apartment ratings about the mice didn't you'" I said yep sure did because it's the truth!..So yes, management does get on here. And just to let everyone know, no my problem was not fixed in a day, it took a month of going back and forth with Karam and them coming out numerous times a week, plugging all these holes in the kitchen area, and terminex being called out twice and having to get people I know who work for the health department involved, it was crazy and all I got from manangement (all of them), including the property manager was rudeness. I kept telling Karam you all need to do a thorough check, to make sure all holes are sealed because every week we are finding holes under the stove, under the sink, in the water heater closet, it was ridiculous... So far we have been mice free for 2 weeks, but the work was/still is in process, if we still need to take further action, if they do come back. To the person who or should I say the worker at Karam who are posting these messages, I'm not saying that everything about your company is bad, the changes in the way the area looks are good, but the rudeness of your staff is horrible and no paying tenant should be subjected to your treatment, just as I told your property manager. I'm not using names, just to stay civil, but everyone who lives here should know who I'm talking about. People moving in, don't let the smiles fool you.

You have issues! I have been living here for ten years and never once had a problem with bugs, mice or anything else for that matter and I think that Karam is doing a great job! So stop you whinning Im sure that it was taken care of the next day.

To anonymous: Are you sure you aren't working in the leasing office? You are taking these comments awfully personal. I would love to see your reviews when the rent begins to triple. Have a blessed day!

Anonymous: I'd be 'whining' too, if I had mice in my apartment.
Grow up.
This site is here to make other potential renters aware of how the current tenants feel about a place. Not an area for bashing one another. This is a COMPLETELY legitimate complaint. I would have had them there 4x's/ day until my mouse problem was fixed, too. Maybe you just like to live in complete squalor.

The mice problem is real. I had to switch units to get away from the mice. PLUS there were workers in my townhouse without any prior warning, I found them as I returned to get some sleep, but that was impossible as they were changing windows. Again, this was without any warning or communication. I felt a bit violated. The courtyard used to be beautiful, now it is a hot mess. It looks like a huge mud pile. Things were great with Towne Properties, they were friendly and did their best to be helpful. These new people have yet to reach this standard.
