I have been living here for three years and I was kinda scared about the new management company. Well people I have realized my fears! They are worse than I could have ever imagined. These Karam people have come in and tore everything up in an attempt to "make it better". I'd like to know how fire trucks are going to get through the new gates when they are installed' I'd like to know why they treat their residents as if they are idiots. Towne Properties used to manage Williamsburg. They managed their residents with care and concern and still managed to be the top property management company in the Cincinnati area. All Karam cares about is a place to land their helicopter and nickle and diming us to death.

Get it together and do some reach towne was only here to build the revenue then they were gone and they knew that sooooo yea they left you! And Karam has been doing a great job this place was starting to look like to ghetto and now it is building back up. They are making it a much nicer place to live so stop ruining it for the rest of us 800 people and get a life!

obviously, you must be clueless to life and the apartment complex you live in. Towne did NOTHING but collect your money. They never lifted a finger to fix or maintain the property. Karam is the best thing that could have happened to Williamsburg. They are doing some MASSIVE cleaning, landscaping and painting. But then IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU COULD ALWAYS LEAVE...

I WORKED AT WILLIAMSBURG FOR 21 YRS AN LEFT BECAUSE OF THE WAY CMS WAS RUINING THE COMPLEX. I drove into there the other day an was impress with what karam is doing to bring the place back.they are the best thing ever happened since the myers owned it...

I agree that Karam is doing a wonderful job. They are putting the complex back to where it used to be. But what you all are forgetting is the rise in prices. We do have to start paying a flat fee for our water. Or did you all forget that? Which goes to Karam, not a water company. On top of the fact that once your lease is up, they will raise your rent. They want to raise our rent $100.00. and thats not a lie. So yes, they are doing a wonderful job here, but why do the residents who already live here have to get raped in the process. We shouldn't have to pay for all the upgrades. Its not our faults that Towne screwed everything up. You guys need to quit with the nasty responses and maybe do some research on what they are actually trying to do to us.

you make a place look as nice as can be, but if the office staff and other employees are rude and nasty with tenants, then it really doesn't matter how a place looks, now does it?

It seems there are mostly Karam employees responding to these entries. Karam is terrible, plain and simple. The courtyard is atrocious, the office staff is horrendous, and the rent is going up, up and AWAY. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Karam is well know in the industry for reviving run down apts. Did anyone go into the new models and see what they are doing on the inside? I talked to the Manager in the Office and asked about a rent increase. There has not been an increase here for almost seven years and yes we are going to have to pay for our water. Personally, I'm satisfied with all the improvements and feel comfortable that my increase was minimal. You all need to do your research and be a bit nicer to the employees. Kindness breeds kindness and we are all in this together. I'm excited for the changes. Thanks Mr. Karam for all you are doing for Williamsburg...and I love the new maintenance vehicles that you brought to the property. You should be commended.

OK... I USED TO WORK AT WILLIAMSBURG AND I ONLY KNEW ONE PERSON WHO WORKED THERE FOR A LONG TIME AND THE WAS LEE WHO IS STILL THERE SO THAT COMMENT IS BOGUS AS HELL!!! AND AS FAR AS TOWNE GOES WE BUSTED OUR BUTTS DAY IN AND DAY OUT TO KEEP THAT PLACE UP. AND DID A LOT OF REMODELING AND UPGRADING OURSELVES. WE MANAGED IT FOR THE BANK WE DIDN'T OWN IT SO THERE WAS NO QUICK MONEY THING THERE. SOUNDS TO ME LIKE KARAM IS TRIING TO BASH OUR NAME BY POSTING FAKE RESPONSES THAT SOUND LIKE A SALES PITCH HMM.. DO THEY REALLY THINK PPL ARE THAT DUMB???? TOWNE PROPERTIES HAS ALWAYS TAKEN VERY GOOD CARE OF THEIR RESIDENTS AND ALWAYS WILL LOOK AT OUR HISTORY ON OUR OTHER PROPERTIES ON THIS SITE HMMMM PROBABLY NOTHING TOO BAD. I KNOW FOR A FACT MY PROPERTY IS 100% RECOMMENDED. SHAME ON KARAM FOR THIS BOGUS B.S.

Ummm, I'm a resident and I could tell VERY EASILY which posts were from KARAM employees... We are NOT dumb! The upgrades are nice but the price we pay for them is going to be absolutely ridiculous annnd, the nasty attitudes that go along WITH the upgrades and the higher prices does not necessarily make me feel like I am getting more bang for the buck! So, I will take the employee's advice and LEAVE... keep in mind that once I leave, my ratings and bad advertisement go with me! I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know "DO NOT LIVE IN WILLIAMSBURG AS LONG AS KARAM IS THERE!" I would not be surprised if they make all these upgrades and then flip the property and sale it!

Exactly. Now I know why the ridiculous office staff acts like they're doing me a favor by talking to me...they're too busy posting fake drama ridden responses on the internet! Karam has run this place into the ground. Giant trenches in the once nice grass, cut all the trees down and turned this place into yet another run down property. CMS maintained this place well. We can't even call maintenance for a plumber or anything without a fee!! Now though our lease included water we have to pay that too! Karam needs to go back to business school and run something they can run down...a garbage barge perhaps?

I am so glad that I took the time to read the responses. I would love to downsize my living residence when the market comes back. I visited Williamsburg to get a feel for the complex, because years ago the complex was the cream of the crop. After living in a single home for years and possibly moving into this type of condition I would be ferious. Thanks to everyone who responded, this will certainly help me make up my mind on where not to live.

Amazing how things change in 2 years. Karam does little to nothing. Office staff... you folks need to WAKE UP! I'll be thrilled when I move out of this crap shoot.
