I have lived at Williamsburg a Very long time and have seen management companies come and go. Towne was one of THE best companies to manage the complex. If I called to complain about something, they were on it right away, and would even call back to confirm if everything was okay. The front office staff was VERY professional.

What can I say about Karam' Well, I am not satisfied with their management style. I originally thought about upgrading to a larger apartment, but since these people have taken over, I want out! I don't think I'll be renewing my lease. They raised the rent with their "introduction" letter. Then, their accounting people tell you that your rent was late when in fact it was not... They suck at snow removal. You can call the fron office or the maintenance department to complain and NOTHING happens. Yes, they are making improvements, but the WAY they are doing it is intrusive and without ANY sensitivity. These are people's HOMES!!! We are a COMMUNITY! If someone comes into your community being rude, pushy and insensitive, you'd have a tendency to give them the hint to leave or you leave. I am leaving! Customer service goes a long way...If I am going to pay this much for rent, at least let me have a warm fuzzy when I write the check every mont.

I use to live there, when I moved I left several friends and family members. Almost everyone of them has moved or is in the process of moving. I had some interaction with some of the staff in the leasing off after I moved, and the rudeness was more than I could stomach. I heard they have a lot of vacancies and it serves them right. You are not going to make money when you give poor service. WAKE UP KARAM AND TAKE NOTICE!!!

Did you wait until the end of your lease to move or break the lease?
