RUDE staff...all of them have nasty attitudes. Even the manager! They turned off our water in 5 buildings for TWO days without notice - no shower, no toilet, nothing! I called the "emergency" number and they said it was Cincinnati Waterworks that was taking so long to turn the water back on...so I called Cinci Waterworks and they didn't even have us in their system! I went to the leasing office the next day becuase I was fed up and they didn't even know about the problem! (So they say...)
DON'T move in this complex...it's nothing but a hassle and a waste of time...plus they charge WAAAY too much for rent. The buildings look presentable but they're so old the heating and cooling bills are out of control! The in-unit washer and dryer (which Karam tried to take away from us mid-lease!) is small, old, and really loud! Definitely not worth the extra $30/month that I pay.

hey, i'm moving in 3 months. this place was great when Towne Properties was in place. Karam has lost 2 of my rent checks, threatened to evict me, tried to double charge me for water, and during the whole time they were unaware of half the **** that was going on. Karam sucks.
