First of all this community is not "gated" as it so clearly states all over the entrance. The gated part refers to a security guard who sits at one of the entrances (on most nights, seems that some nights there isn't anyone even working at the desk). The other entranced is supposed to be locked--it never is. When I called to ask when it was going to be closed, they simply giggled and said they weren't sure and had been talking about it earlier in the day. They claimed they didn't even know who to tell the problem too...Does that even make sense' It takes WEEKS to get anything fixed--usually they claim they lost the work order. We had water leaking in --they painted over the stain in order to "fix" it.
Overall, you can tell how big of jerks the owners are when you first pull in--there are 'reserved' parking spots for their vans/trucks (who drive dangerously through the parking lots) CLOSEST TO THE BUILDING. How's that for customer service'
The company has no idea what they are doing--they ruined perfectly good landscaping by cutting down hundreds of trees, only to leave the stumps in the ground. They contract everything out--so beware of all the strangers walking around--most of which are foreign.

SUCKS!!!!! THEY CAN TAKE IT AND SHOVE IT!!!
IF FOR SOME ODD REASONS YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT MOVING TO THIS PLACE, PLEASE DON'T. ALL THE ADVERTISEMENTS ARE FAKE, FAKE, FAKE. THE MANAGER, SHE CAN (YEAH). THIS PLACE IS NOT GATED, THEY CLAIM TO HAVE SECURITY AT THE GATE BUT PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE THEM. THEY HAVE A PARKED, EMPTY SECURITY CAR AT THE FRONT AND THAT'S IT. NOT ONCE HAVE I SEEN A COP/SECURITY/RENTAL COP IN IT. THE BASEMENTS ARE ALWAYS FLOODING EVEN IF IT DRIZZLES. THEY CLAIM TO FIX MINE BUT THEY DIDN'T,(ALMOST A YEAR NOW) THE ONLY THING THEY DO IS PUT A FAN IN THE BASEMENT, RUN YOUR ELECTRICITY BILL SKY HIGH, AND LEAVE IT SITTING THERE UNTIL YOU REMIND THEM ABOUT IT. THINK ABOUT YOUR SAFETY, IT WOULD BE SAFER LIVING ON THE SIDE WALKS BECAUSE AT LEAST TWICE A MONTH SOMEONE GOES AROUND AND BREAK INTO VEHICLES(SMASH WINDOWS, WINDSHIELDS, ANYTHING TO GET IN) AND THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. EVERYTIME YOU REPORT SOMETHING, NOTHING GETS DONE OR THEY CLAIM TO HAVE LOST THE INITIAL REPORT. THIS PLACE IS A MESS. NO WONDER THE ONES THAT USED TO WORK THERE QUIT AFTER THE COMPANY (-----) TOOK OVER. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE, PLEASE.

Im not as harsh on the new owners like I should be. I had no problems with the previous owners. The one big complaint I have with the new owners is their charging of rent. They do not keep very good records as I have seen my account all screwed up... Its Rent,and if you sign a lease, they shouldn't be charging the residents a different amount from what you signed. And this water charge, it looks like a gimmick for them to increase it anytime they want to make more money off the signed lease people.
