I have been here for several years and have been through many changes but this has to be the worse. As others have stated, water was thrown at us in the middle of our leases. I have left several messages for maintenance requests and no one has called back or addressed any issues. Forget about Central Air. Drive around and notice how many residence have purchased window AC's and fans. The word "gated" should be taken down. The front gate doesn't work half the time and the Compton Road entrance is always open with no guard. CURRENT RESIDENCE: There have been many changes that have not be announced. For example, another long term resident gave 30 days notice that they would be moving. The day before she was set to move, she was told that the new policy is 60 day notice. I spoke with one of the young ladies in the office about what is going on. She said "Not everyone can deal with change." I told her that we can deal with change if we know changes are being made. You can't change the policies and fail to tell the people affected by them. Since I have been here, I have never seen so many evictions. People are so fed up, they aren't bothering to wait until the end of their lease any more. At one time, it seemed for every one person moving out, there was 3 moving in. Not any more.

Once new management too over, they just do what they want, charge what they went without informing the residents by letter. And I been living here a few years too. I never had a problem with the previous owners, Towne Properties, and when I did, they seem to resolve any issue I had promptly. They were great on informing residents on any changes at well.
This new management has made me thinking twice about renewing my lease next year. Correct me if Im wrong, but wasnt the water charge suppose to be $20 for a one bedroom apartment? Thats what I read in the letter from October 2007....somewhere down the line, they increase the water charge to $25 without informing the residents by letter.
