-Management is horrible: no follow-up, rude service reps in the office
-They've tried to change my lease so many times: adding a water bill, increasing my monthly rent, increasing late fees on rent payment
-It's definiltey not gated, BOTH back entrances don't have a gate, nor a gate keepper at all! Only the front gate - which rarely works - nice job false advertising!
-They tried to take my washer and dryer away - which is a huge reason I chose to live in this community - had to have my lawyer call them so they could understand you CAN'T change a WRITTEN contract! It was all spelled out for them and they claimed they "didn't know"...
-Since Karam took over, the land here looks a mess! Roads have really bad potholes, all the trees and bushes have been pulled out (which was a favorite of this community) and it's been this way for about 5 months now' Typical Cincinnati construction, get on it guys!! We don't pay this much rent just to come home to this mess everyday!!!

I feel your pain here, although i no longer live in Williamsburg for these same reasons. But they also tried to take away our washer and dryer, all we did was ignore their requests and they never followed through because they knew they would lose if they tried to fight for it.

Renters have rights. If you are within a lease, the management company cannot change anything until the lease expires. If you have valid complaints, put it in writing and submit to the manager. Contact the Apartment Association and they will have suggestions for you.
