Not recommended if you are looking for above average living. Karam Properties took over and things went down hill. First the front office is VERY rude and disrespectful. They don't care to offer any help with any maintenance issues that you may have. My AC went out 3 months ago and when I call several time they lady told me "they don't fix problems they just rent apartments"! And said it with an attitude. Now that it's getting cold I can't get them to fix the furnace. I have a laudry list of complaints but this is not the forum to handle them on. My best advise to anyone is to look further before commiting to this place under the current management company.

Are you aware that all non-emergency maintanance requests must be submitted to the Management Office, "in writing?" They never tell you that when you call the Management Office, they just don't respond! I've never seen anything like it in my life!!!

I would join. We just moved here at the end of September. We relocated due to a new job and had to take someplace to live...But I want to make sure that my money is being used wisely. Advocacy is a good place to start. I am in :) i will bookmark this page and wait for a response.

I would not recommend these apartments. I have beenhere for a year nd I am moving when my lease is up at the end of June. The grounds are in horrible shape and I was told when I first visited the community that they were in the process of totally doing over the grounds. That was a year ago. There are nothing but weeds in my front yard and growing up the steps. Gutters are still off my building from the windstorm in Spet. 2008. I am embarrassed to have any of my friends come to my apartment. There are 4 apartments in my building. The carpeting is filty and the walls need to be painted. I travel a lot and I often arrive back at home after dark. The outside of my building has a lampost that has not worked since I have been here. I have called management four times asking that the light be repaired. Well, guess what? It has been over a year now and the light still does not work. Management sent notices to all residents that instead of charging late fees on the 5th of each month they were charging late fees on the 4th of each month. I called management and told them that they can not change the dates without me signing a new lease because my lease says the 5thof each month. I was told that they were jus doing what they were told. I sent an email Karam Properties telling them that they could not make a change like this unless I signed another lease and I never received a response back from them. I implore you, to look elsewhere. Karam Properties does not have a clue as to how to manage property and they do not care about their resients.
