I loved it when Towne Pro was over but as soon as Karam took over its been hell. I moved out the end of oct and was told i had to pay Novs rent b/c i turned in my keys on the 1st of Nov. Which in my lease it states no later then the next bus day by noon. I have asked numerous times to speak with a property manager and never have. I was also denied coporate info b/c they said they werent allowed to give it out but it is on their website. I got a 10 days notice from Duke because, they also had the light turned off in my building bc they didnt pay the bill.There were no lights in or out the building I had to call the fire dept one time due to some major electircal prob i was having and emergency maintenence refused to come. i also reported and witnessed little kids breaking in apts. Its a mess over there. I am now seeking leagal counsel and taking my issues to court because they have yet to do anything about it. This place is horrible. Karam companies is the worst and they are extremely rude! I would avoid any of their properties at all cost.
