I moved out of my apartment in August and transferred my lease to someone else. I did not sublet but transferred. I signed the liability release paperwork but somehow their office staff managed to screw up the paperwork and still had my name on the lease. The new tenant defaulted on the lease and I received a court notice. Their management is terrible. I would never live there even if I got free rent. Its by far the worst experience I have had dealing with any property management firm.
