This place has been a nightmare ever since we moved in. It was purchased by Karam soon after we had signed our lease and at first it seemed like they were going to make the place nice again. However, they ran out of money very quickly and turned this place to crap. It looks very nice in front but the rest is a dump. The pool was closed for three days last summer because they couldn't pay the bill. Yesterday was the first day that they have mowed in two months. At one point they couldn't pay the trash bill and it sat in the dumpsters for three weeks. If you need maintenance done, you have to call someone in Dallas TX to set up a time. We still have a work order from OCTOBER 2007!!! It is impossible to speak to the property manager, they are always too busy. They do not take care of anything and they simply do not care. If you value your sanity, find another place to live. Do not buy into their lies.
