Williamsburg of Cincinnati
< | >
I just moved into Williamsburg of Cincinnati. I have been looking for 2 months and almost rented in Wyoming OH. I drove by Williamsburg on Galbraith Rd. on my way to Ronald Reagan Hwy. I decided to stop in to see what they had to offer. Not only did they take me in right away, showed me two apartments to match my needs, they got me approved the same day. The apartments are huge. I have a one bedroom with a bath and a half and I am onlly paying $549/mos. I am close to school (UC---Go Wild Cats) I am close to 75 and Ronald Reagan. I now have 2 pools, walking trails, conference center, party room, fitness center. Thumbs up and I am bringning my friends in to see this place. Jamie

Be sure and let us know what you think in 6 months. Unless this is a management posting I suspect that your review will be much different. Anxiously waiting ...

Just wait til you live here a month, you won't be so thrilled. The fitness center is hardly ever operational, the pools get closed in the summer because Karam doesn't pay the bill. As far as them taking you in right away... that's because they only care about you until you sign on that dotted line, good luck with them ever being that friendly again. Good luck to you though

LOL...i agree with all the replies above mine. It was great when Towne Properties was in charge...but Karam seems to be trying to drive tenants away instead of keeping them.
Don't be surprised when you come downstairs one day to find a stranger in your apartment doing unannounced repairs, or your a/c not working in June, or your rent gong up to to water costs (which is illegal to pass on to the tenant) or the management being unavailable, unconcerned, and unfriendly.
being forewarned is being forearmed.

Did anyone notice that HE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HIS SCHOOLS TEAM NAME?!?! I haven't met a single person who screwed their college team's name up in my life? Clearly he doesn't go to UC at all. Also, I just moved out of there after 1 1/2 years living there. Never saw a walking trail, the workout area was a joke (a converted apartment).
Based on the way it is writen, the overall view of everyone in the last 6 months, and my personal experience and my friends' experiences there, I'd say someone got payed to write this review.

You're paying $549 for a one bedroom?? They're ripping me off in a one bed for $610 a month. And that's with their 'deal' to pay for the $25/month water charge. I used to live in a two bed, two full bath apartment for $610 WITH water. I'll be so happy to get out of this crap shoot.

Since when is UC's maskot the Wild Cats?? I don't think this is a legitimate entry.
