This place is not bad. Apartmetns are huge huge huge. The new managemetn compnay is putting money into the place and it is starting to show. It has got to be over 100 acres. It has a couple of pools and a hotel on property. Good value for money for sure. I live in a one bedroom and it is the biggest I found at any price.

This place is littered with problems! Large units don't make up for: pot holes, waist-high weeds, slow maintenance response, rusty hole-ridden gutters, and a whole list of other issues.
