Just want to take a moment to thank Karam or whomever is responsible for finally fixing the pot holes and replacing the siding on one of the buildings. For a minute there, I was embarrased to say I live here. The complex is starting to look nice again but Karam, don't get comfortable. Please keep investing in this property. Also, consider this, if a tenant wants to upgrade to a bigger/better place within Williamsburg, why the $300 relocation fee' If they have been good tenants, they should have first dabs on the upgrades, etc. As I consider upgrading, I am considering moving because the additional fee to me is unreasonable. Does anyone feel comfortable addressing this issue' The yellow signs on Galbraith Road look cheap and flimsy! Last year the signs matched the flags, what happen'

The signs are yellow to represent the McDonalds managers that are now running this place. Yes, the potholes are better, but they will not last. They were not fixed properly and will deteriate this winter to their old condition. You can bypass that fee but you will have to call them six or seven times and go in and complain at the office at least five times. Eventually they get sick of you and give in. Unfortunatly this is the only way to get anything done at this place anymore. We only have two months left here thankfully. I hope that in that time someone else can take over so that future residents don't have to deal with the same garbage that I have.

Keith, how long have you lived at Williamsburg? Clearly you haven't been here long enough to understand the crap that current residents have gone through over the past year and a half since Karam came in. It's pretty pathetic here. Why are they mowing the lawn once every two weeks? Why aren't the pools open for Memorial Day weekend? Why aren't there nets on the tennis courts? Why are there some weeks that Rumpke doesn't come to take the trash?
Because Karam has managed this property poorly and can't afford anything "above and beyond" anymore.
Good riddance, Williamsburg!

I would have to agree I moved out of Williamsburg in August 2008 when my lease was up. I would not recommend ANYONE live there! I was leary about moving into an apartment ever again, but I moved in to Remington Place in Forest Park and I must say I made the right choice. This place has been great so far maintenance comes out the same day most of the time and if not they have a 48hour rule. Maybe Williamsburg should ask the company that owns Remington for some training!
