I would strongly discourage anyone from signing a lease with them or with the property owners (Karam Properties) This place has become a haven for crime, bad customer service and the appearance has also gone down while rent prices have increased. I have seen better customer service from people at White Castle than from the office staff (Dawn & Roxanna). It takes 10 days to get a work order completed and then it is done half A** the water has been out the past two days between 8-5 and they gave no notice. I have a countdown to when my lease is up from this hell hole.
If I can save one person from having to deal with the management and it's employeers I would be happy.
Do your research, search the internet and read all the reviews, if you still are debating.

this isn't legal advice...
but i think that if you can prove that the management broke the lease agreement by proving your water is out daily, you can break your lease without penalty.

The water was out again today with no notice! Excuse this time was another water main break. I made calls to water works, health department, and will be following up with the legal department with the city.
