Oh come on ... the place is a disaster. Management should spend more time fixing the problems and less time posting fake reviews!

I sudder to think of where you have previously lived! Yes, this USED TO BE a wonderful place to live UNTIL Karam Companies took over! We are in the process of starting a "Tenants" Association. We will be able to tackle some of the issues more effectively with a group! The promises that were stated in our leases have been violated over and over again, such as regularly mowing the lawn, raking leaves, clearing weeds and preventing them growing up to our waists; shoveling snow; making repairs in a timely manner; having a "gated" community as advertised; having regular security; maintaining equipment on the grounds, i.e. exersice room; tennis court; swimming pools; replacing down-spouts on outside of buildings after siding was replaced. Never ANY response from Karam Companies when letters are sent to them. Allowing rif-raf into the community; not replacing lights on the grounds. I could go on and on; but we will begin to deal with all of these issues as an Association. Look forward to information!

This place sucks as far as maintenance and false advertisement. I would like to hear about this association.

Meetings were starting about two years ago but fizzed out. Please let us all know how we can get this started!!!
