When I first moved thgere towne properties was running the place nice staff, questions answered. As soon as the new guys came in straight down hill. Lets see in one years time. Big shade trees cut down with the stumps showing how classy. I was paying the highest rent for the apt i had. July of all months they decide to make improvements. For months and i mean months the front of the apt looked like crap. Only thing that looked worse was the back. No grass privicy fence half up for weeks on end i have been gone 8 months ande iam sure its not fixed yet. The kicker is also they removed air conditioners for a month in July for Gods sake. Im was unbearable. I felt sorry for anyone with small children. My basement leaked everytime it rained. Guess it could have been worse my next door neighbor had to get outside help to remove all the water that was in his basement everytime it rained.The mold smell had to be unbearable. But they still wanted that 1300 every month no apologies or reduction nonthing. First the people to my right left then to my right and 2 units down then me in less then 2 months. Its all hype. They lie berore you get in the place. gated-lie fitness center-lie 3 pools-well yes but if you get the basement apt If you move there and you know before you walk in they lie then I got some apts iam renting across the street I call them the center of drake and for 100 extra you can get your head examined k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
