We have lived here for three years, and absolutely hate it and cannot wait to buy a house and move out. The staff is extremely slow with getting anything done. When we moved in, we had a privacy fence in the back patio area which they tore down within three months. They promised to build a newer nicer one and we have yet to see that happen. The power has been off in a few buildings and the weight room for over a week currently and the staff has no idea when it will be back on. I called a week ago also because our air conditioning isn't working all of a sudden. The work order was never put in. My fiance called yesterday and I called again today to see when it would be fixed and was told by the woman that the work order was only filed yesterday and he would be out "soon". I'm paying rent for ammenities that were promised to me when I moved in and I currently do not have. Not to mention the literal garden of weeds that continually grows in front of our apartments. THIS IS A HELL HOLE AND NO ONE SHOULD MOVE HERE!

The lights outside our building were turned off last week. Turns out that the electric company turned them off because management didn't pay the bill. We also had papers from Duke warning that they were going to shut off the gas because of lack of payment. Our building doesn't pay for gas it's included in our rend

You must live on the same street i do i leave for work at five thirty in the morning and it is pitch black outside since there are no lights. What kind of security is that.
