Much better with the new manager From: hrjmd Date posted: 11/19/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I have lived in this complex since 7/2001. I agree with some of the things people have said. However, I must say since Ms. Marler (the new manager) took over things have changed significantly, and that is for better. Thank you Ms. Marler because I have to stay here for a while. HRJ MD
