As the other reviewers have noted, Brookstone is an expensive place to live and not worth the price. The office staff is useless. I have been a resident of Brookstone for almost 4 years and certainly get no special treatment when it comes to the increases in rent. There seems to be no standard rate. I've talked to people with the SAME apartment (size, floor, etc.) who pay less than I do! The office staff misplaced one of our wedding presents. The neighbors are all young partiers and the office does little about the noise.
